Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
Sale items or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

PROCEDURE

01 — Contact us by email or WhatsApp, stating your order number and reason for return.

02 — We confirm the eligibility of the return within 24 hours.

03 — Ship the item in its original packaging to the address we will provide you with

04 — Reimbursement is made within 5 business days after receipt and verification of the item.

REFUND

The refund is issued to the payment method used for the order. Initial shipping costs are not reimbursed except in the event of an error on our part or a defective item.
