General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all sales made on the website lunarashop.fr, operated by LUNARA.

Article 1 — Purpose

These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by LUNARA. Any order placed on the website implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in colour or texture may exist between the photograph and the actual product. All products sold by LUNARA are 100% authentic.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency of the selected market, inclusive of all applicable taxes. LUNARA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of order validation by the customer.

Article 4 — Orders

The customer places an order on the website by following the online ordering process. Validation of the order implies acceptance of these GTC and constitutes proof of the sales contract. LUNARA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute, suspected fraud, or stock issues.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made at the time of the order by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

Article 6 — Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery is completed within 2 to 4 business days in metropolitan France. Free shipping is offered on orders over €80. Below this amount, shipping costs are €4.90. LUNARA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of the return.

Article 8 — Warranties

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 9 — Personal Data

Personal data collected during the order process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 10 — Intellectual Property

All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, design) are the exclusive property of LUNARA and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation.

Article 11 — Applicable Law

These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
